How do I request an appointment?
Head to the booking form, choose the service you want, and share your preferred date/time. Add inspo pics and any notes (length, shape, colors). I’ll confirm availability and details as soon as I can.
What should I include in my booking request?
Please include your desired service (gel, acrylic, art level), nail length, shape, and any reference photos. If you have sensitivities or damaged nails, mention that too so I can plan the best prep.
How far in advance should I book?
Spots can fill up quickly, especially evenings and weekends, so booking 1–2 weeks ahead is best. If you need a last-minute appointment, still send a request—I’ll let you know what’s open.
Do you require a deposit?
A small deposit may be required to secure your time slot, and it goes toward your service total. Deposit details (amount and payment options) will be shared when your appointment is confirmed.
What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit, depending on timing.
Can you recreate a design from a photo?
Yes—bring your inspo! I can match the vibe closely, but exact replicas aren’t always possible due to nail shape, colors, and technique. I’ll suggest the best options to get you a look you’ll love.
